CrossFit Classes

Our standard CrossFit classes aim to develop each of the ten core elements of fitness: Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Generally classes consist of functional movements derived from weightlifting, powerlifting, plyometrics, gymnastics, and metabolic condition. The format and programming of classes combine elements of traditional Olympic lifting, strength, and circuit training.

These classes are fairly technical and physically demanding, but they are scalable to any level of fitness.

Bootcamp Classes

Our bootcamp classes are similar to standard classes, but carry a slight endurance bias and are less technical. We recommend these classes for athletes looking to building stamina and members interested in maximizing caloric expenditure. These are also a great class to start with if you are new to CrossFit.

Weightlifting Classes

These classes are primarily focused on the technical aspects of the Olympic lifts. We implement periodized programming from the most efficient programs for developing strength and power quickly and safely. Classes run three times per week.

During these time slots, our members are free to work with our trainers on specific CrossFit skills, benchmark workouts, or workouts they may have missed during the week.

Football Strength & Conditioning

Football classes are designed specifically for athletes requiring elite strength, power, speed, and agility. The program utilizes principles developed by NFL players and some of the top professional coaches that have succeeded on the highest levels of competitive athletics. We recommend these classes for athletes who are primarily interested in developing strength, explosive power, and anaerobic fitness.

CrossFit Light

Our CrossFit Light classes are derived from the principles of CrossFit, but scaled to abilities of new athletes, mature athletes, and athletes with physical limitations. The program is intended for individuals with limited weightlifting experience and/or physical limitations that inhibit their ability to perform some of the more advanced CrossFit movements. We recommend these classes to anyone interested in improving their functional fitness without the intensity or technical nature of our more advanced classes.
