Congratulations to our athlete of the month for May, Carling Bieg!

Carling joined our Bootcamp classes back in September 2013 and started our CrossFit classes shortly thereafter.

Carling is a great athlete to coach and it has been incredibly inspiring watching her development over the past few years. She started with a fairly strong cardio base and has worked extremely hard to improve her strength and balance out her overall fitness. Carling is now able to hammer out challenging movements such as chest to bar pullups, dips, pistols, and she can move good weight with a barbell as well.

As impressive as her athletic feats have been, it is Carling’s ever positive attitude and energy that makes her such a joy to coach. She always signs in, arrives on time for classes and does everything with a smile on her face.

As with all of our athletes of the month, Carling is the recipient of reward points equivalent to a one month unlimited membership and a prize pack courtesy of AJ of Body Systems.
