The Open is here!!!

Quick note regarding some schedule changes.

1. Saturday Gymnastics has been bumped up to 1:30pm. There will be an additional Gymnastics class Tuesday at 10:45am.

2. The ‘Open Workout’s have been added to the mindbody schedule for athletes competing in the Open. The times will be best estimates for workouts longer than 15min such as 16.1. Please do not sign up for these classes unless you have officially registered for the CrossFit Open.
Reminder for Athletes: arrive prior to your start time to allow for warmup

3. The Saturday time slots have booked up already. Additional time slots will be made available tomorrow.

4. Sunday’s Competitor Class will be left open for anyone who cannot make the Friday or Saturday sessions. Just be sure to sign in to reserve a spot
