Monday Workout Of the Day

WOD 1

Perform 9 sets of 3 squats every 90sec. The 9 sets are comprised of: 3 sets of 3 overhead squats, followed by 3 sets of 3 front squats, followed by 3 sets of 3 back squats). Increase weight each set. Score = total weight moved.

WOD 2

15min AMRAP
1+ Pullups
1+ Dips
(ie, 1 pullup, 1 dip, 2 pullups, 2 dips, etc)
